Where I’ve worked my magic:
This is my example of choice when it comes to publication design, I’m pretty chuffed with the outcome of this particular assignment from uni.
The unit: Design for production.
The brief: Choose a work of classical fiction and create a fresh look for the publication along with three complimentary ephemera concepts.
Overall a two-toned minimalist approach was taken for the entirety of this outcome. The end product consisted of a hardcover design, limited edition dust jacket, postage stamps and a bookmark made of buttons. Fun fact: the lovely gentleman on the front side of this dust jacket is my Nonno! Facts aside, I was stoked with the final result of this one.

Dust jacket for publication.

Adhesive diecut postage stamps (related to story).

Hardcover design (front) w/ debossed typography.

Bookmark - diecut and consisting of button silhouettes.

Dust jacket and book cover flatlay.
